City of Cape Town 2015

♦ In 2015 AZc assisted the City of Cape Town to improve their business processes, by implementing better SAP solutions. This included a massive HR project affecting 20,000 users and major changes in Water and Electricity utilities’ systems and processes.
♦ All As-Is Processes affected by SAP changes were identified and mapped out
♦ To-Be processes were defined and reviewed / approved by management
♦ Baseline process metrics were applied and target outcomes defined
